Return Policy
At The Dysfunctional Woodworker, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. While we strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, there are reasonable limits in place to protect our business and ensure fairness to all customers.
Refunds
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be issued to your original payment method or credit card.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared 7 days after approval:

Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions will be refunded at their original discounted price unless stated otherwise during the promotion.
Exchanges
We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or if we mistakenly shipped the wrong item. In these cases, we'll cover the cost of shipping. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email of the status of your exchange request. If approved, we’ll provide you with tracking information for the replacement item.
If you wish to exchange a product for other reasons, please contact us, though you may be responsible for return shipping costs and additional charges if the exchange is approved.
Shipping Returns

Except as noted above, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For higher-value returns, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
We reserve the right to select the shipping method for any replacement items.
